What topline services do you provide?

Our primary focuses fall into four major categories:  Investment & Retirement Services; Tax Services; Legal & Estate Services; and Risk Management.  Please see the “Services” tab for detailed capabilities and specific services within each category.

 

How do you provide these topline services?

In addition to our Independent Investment Professionals and Certified Financial Planners™, we have formal partnerships with attorneys, mortgage and insurance specialists and a Certified Public Accountant so that we can provide in-depth, in-house expertise for all of our clients’ diverse needs.  We do not share fees or commission with each other, so we continue to remain wholly independent and focused on what is in your best interest.

 

What is the benefit to having all of these services under one roof?

The main benefit is our ability to work together to lift the metaphorical load off your shoulders when it comes to anything having to do with intricate financial, tax, legal or other issues.  We know the questions to ask each other.  We know the materials we need from each other.  We don’t need you to be the middle man between all of us.  In fact, we do much of the tedious work behind the scenes to respect your time and alleviate as much hassle as possible.

Many advisors have similar strategic partnerships that they can refer you to.  With Wilde Wealth Management Group’s unique in-house partners, we help set the first appointment and continue to work as a team for your benefit, long after the initial meeting.

 

Do we have to use all the available services?

No.  We work with you soled based on your individual needs.

 

How do you get paid?

While each client is different and method of compensation can vary, we generally work on a fee basis.

 

What is this fee and how is it structured?

In general, our fees range from 1% to 1.5% of the client’s assets under management and are deducted quarterly direct from the account(s).

 

Who holds my money, and how do I know it is safe?

While our independent nature gives us the ability to work with many financial institutions and custodians, we primarily work with BNY Mellon Pershing.  BNY Mellon Pershing and its affiliates provide advisors, broker-dealers, registered investment advisor firms and wealth managers with a broad suite of global financial business solutions.  Many of the world’s most sophisticated and successful financial services firms rely on Pershing for clearing and custody, investment and retirement solutions, technology, enterprise data management, trading services, prime brokerage and business consulting.  You can read more about Pershing on their website: https://www.pershing.com/

 

How often will I see you?

Together we will establish a review process that ranges from quarterly to annual meetings, face-to-face or over the phone, depending on your preference.

 

What if something happens to my advisor?

We have a Uniform Practice Committee that takes a team approach to every client.  This means that at least five members of Wilde Wealth Management Group help make the educated decisions about your account.  Should something happen for your dedicated advisor, we are able to seamlessly align you with someone well-versed to your personal situation at a moment’s notice.

 

What is the penalty if I choose to cancel services?

There isn’t one.  We have open-ended contracts so you are free to cancel at any time without penalty or additional fees.  Any unused portion of fees billed are rebated to the account(s).  Some custodians may change a nominal account closure fee; subject to change based on where your accounts are held.
