Bringing over two decades of financial services experience to the leadership team, she is deeply passionate about operational rigor and cultivating highly collaborative, high-functioning teams.
Prior to joining Wilde Wealth, Erica established a robust foundation in the industry during an 18-year tenure with Wells Fargo Asset Management, serving in various Operations and Client Service leadership roles. Upon relocating to the Southwest, she seamlessly transitioned her extensive institutional expertise into the wealth management sector, focus-driven on building a scalable, efficient, and compliant operating model that empowers advisors and serves clients holistically.
Originally from Minnesota, Erica now resides in the west valley with her husband, Erik, and their two children. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring everything her adopted home state has to offer and spending quality time with her family.
