Jonathan Fagan joined Northwestern Mutual in 1999 when he was recruited into the internship program. Jonathan was ranked as one of the Top 10 Interns in the company for 3 years in a row in his intern career. He reached the Million Dollar Round Table (top 1% of industry) in his 1st year, as well as every other year after that until he went into leadership full time in 2008. He was appointed Chief Development Officer in 2008 which lasted through June of 2012. Jonathan joined the Northwestern Mutual-Southwest here in Phoenix to take on the Managing Directors Role to help the new Advisor development and get back into personal practice. After a few years, Jonathan went back into Personal practice in 2015 to help clients achieve their financial objectives and financial independence. Giving back to the community to one of Jonathan’s missions in various roles of Advisory Board for both Notre Dame Prep High school or Our Lady perpetual help in Scottsdale where he and his family are perishers since moving to the Valley. Also Coaching his sons in all sports, while serving has President of Scottsdale the largest youth organization in the valley.
Jonathan and his Wife, Haley, reside in Scottsdale, AZ along with their Three boys, Ryan (17) and Noah (16) Caleb (8) and Dog Sadie.
