Samantha Jackson joined the financial services industry in 2020 and quickly established herself as a leader in operations, client service, and professional development. Through a commitment to operational excellence, process improvement, and delivering an exceptional client experience, she advanced into a Director of Operations role early in her career before joining Wilde Wealth Management Group.

As Advisor Support Operations Manager, Samantha leads the firm's Client Service Department, overseeing advisor support operations and strategic initiatives designed to enhance both the advisor and client experience. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and creating scalable systems that allow advisors to focus on what matters most, serving their clients.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and solutions oriented approach, Samantha enjoys streamlining processes, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture built on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement. She believes that exceptional client service begins with empowered employees and strong operational foundations.

Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and embracing the new adventures of motherhood with her son. As the spouse of a U.S military soldier, she has experienced firsthand the resilience, sacrifice, and commitment that military life requires. That perspective has deepened her appreciation for service and strengthened her commitment to supporting others, while fostering a profound respect for the men and women who serve our country and the families who serve alongside them.
