Scott initially got his start in banking in 2007 before making the transition to wealth management in 2011, including work with JP Morgan in both Arizona and New York City.

Scott holds Series 7 and Series 66 registrations as well as life and health insurance licenses. Scott attained the AIF® designation, which is the mark of commitment to a standard of investment fiduciary excellence, as well as his CFP® designation. At home, Aitken is a busy husband and father of three young children . Aitken and his wife, Desirae, are avid travelers and take at least one international trip annually. The family lives in Mesa.
