In her daily role, she manages a range of client account needs and requests, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. Outside of work, Shelly values time spent with her family. She and her husband of more than thirty years take great joy in being grandparents to four wonderful grandchildren, with whom they cherish creating lasting memories.
